Paying for Icegate is simple and safe

We support multiple convenient and secure payment options worldwide, taking into account local restrictions and your privacy.

Every Icegate user has a UserID — a unique 16‑digit code that acts as your personal key to the service across all platforms. A subscription must be linked to the correct UserID.

Available payment options — choose what suits you best

1. Pay directly in the app (Apple App Store or Google Play)

The easiest way — your UserID is paid right inside the app.

1.1 If your Apple/Google account has a valid payment method

You can subscribe right after installing the app. The payment will be linked to your UserID and the subscription will auto‑renew.

1.2 If your Apple/Google account has no linked card or mobile billing

You can make a one‑time purchase using other methods listed below and then activate it for your UserID.

2. Pay for your UserID outside the app

Use this if you cannot pay via the App Store or Google Play.

2.1 International bank card (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)

Pay securely with your card in your account at my.icegatevpn.com or via the Telegram bot @icegatevpn_bot. Payments are processed through the Stripe gateway. This subscription auto‑renews.

2.3 Telegram Stars

A convenient and privacy‑friendly way to pay. Open the Telegram bot @icegatevpn_bot, choose a plan and pay with Stars. Manual renewal may be required after the period ends.

2.4 Cryptocurrency

The most anonymous method. You can pay with 300+ cryptocurrencies in your account at my.icegatevpn.com or via the Telegram bot @icegatevpn_bot.

How to activate your subscription with a voucher

This is a step‑by‑step guide to start using Icegate with a voucher purchased from our partner. Remember three terms:

UserID — your personal key (16 digits).

Voucher — a confirmation code that can be redeemed for any UserID.

Activation — linking a voucher to a specific UserID.

Step 1: Create your Icegate account (UserID)

Method A — via Telegram bot:

1) Open the bot: @icegatevpn_bot

2) Tap “Create Account” in the menu

3) The bot will instantly generate and send your unique UserID

Method B — in the Icegate app:

1) Install the app for your platform (App Store / Google Play)

2) Open the app and choose “Create a new account”

3) The app will generate your unique UserID

Step 2: Redeem the voucher

Method A — in Telegram bot:

1) Open @icegatevpn_bot

2) Tap “Redeem code”

3) Send the voucher you purchased

Method B — in your account on the website or in the app:

1) Go to my.icegatevpn.com

2) Log in with your 16‑digit UserID

3) Find “Redeem the code” and enter your voucher

Done! Your subscription is activated and linked to the UserID. A voucher can be used only once.

Step 3: Sign in and connect

Use the same UserID to sign in to the app and tap Connect. You are protected.

Notes

• You may generate a UserID via the Telegram bot and then use it in the app — the bot account is not required afterwards.

• We can restore your UserID only if you link your email to the UserID in your account settings.

• In your account on my.icegatevpn.com you can redeem vouchers and manage your subscription.
